Since 2023, Parle Endeavors has annually provided an opportunity for young individuals in New York, who are interested in careers in media, business, technology, and various other post-secondary fields, to compete for a scholarship award of $2,500. Our 2026 Parle Endeavors Scholarship and Parle Endeavors ALTA Grant winners will be awarded a total of $21,500. The six scholarship recipients and three youth grant winners have each received up to $2,500 in funding towards their post-secondary or entrepreneurial endeavors. Recipients are also paired with mentors for continued mentorship as they embark on their path in college or business.
We are excited to announce the 2026 Parle Endeavors Scholarship recipients! We received over 200 applications from New York high school students passionate about media, journalism, business, and technology. While we could award only six scholarships, each recipient’s story is truly inspiring. We look forward to supporting them through mentorship, internships, and continued connection beyond this award.

Our Scholarship Winners:
Arielle Charles ( Francis Lewis High School) → Spelman College, Sociology
Arielle’s goal is to gain a deeper understanding of people and communities, using that knowledge as foundation to pursue a career in media and communications. Through this career, she hopes to contribute to platforms that foster creativity and cultural understanding, while giving underrepresented voices the opportunity to be heard.
Ginger Roger Ceballos (Manhattan Early College Academy for Marketing & Media Arts) → Baruch College, Journalism
Ginger has a passion for telling stories that amplify underrepresented voices. Her interests in journalism, sociology, and law shape her commitment to understanding people and the systems that affect their lives. Ginger’s writing has inspired her school community, and her work has been featured in Chalkbeat, City Limits, and the PBS News podcast On Our Minds. Through her work, she hopes to create meaningful stories that inform, connect, and inspire change.
Keira-Ann Kenny (Ward Melville High School) → Boston University, Journalism
Keira wants to focus on storytelling in many aspects while working on my passion for sports reporting. With her career pathway, she wants to try and make a positive impact for women in sports and show the importance of connection through communication.
Nailah James (Elmont Memorial High School) → Temple University, Marketing
Throughout high school, Nailah developed strong leadership skills as a captain of two sports teams, Vice President of Marketing for her school’s virtual enterprise class, a social media manager, founder of a nonprofit organization that provides school supplies to underfunded schools in Jamaica, and creator of her own blog. She is ambitious, kind, and driven, with aspirations of becoming the Chief officer of Marketing for a professional sports team one day.
Rifa Alif (Arlington High School) → Smith College, Tech Policy
Rifa is passionate about tech policy and digital equity. She is dedicated to leveraging technology to protect marginalized communities and drive meaningful social impact. She hopes to pursue her academic journey by equipping the skills and expertise needed to give back to her community and globally.
Sade Lind (Curtis Highschool) → Suny Plattsburgh, Business Administration
Throughout high school, Sade balanced academics with leadership opportunities while growing her own small business and participating in extracurricular activities, including dance. Sade plans to continue pursuing entrepreneurship in college and is committed to creating opportunities that inspire and empower others. She is honored to be a recipient of the 2026 Parle Endeavors Scholarship.

We’re also thrilled to announce our 2026 ALTA Grant Winners—three emerging entrepreneurs embarking on their business journeys. Along with funding, they’ll receive mentorship, financial literacy training, and opportunities to connect with other visionaries as they turn their ideas into reality.
Our Grant Winners:
Shreya Sharath – Shaker High school, Recognizing that traditional charitable donations often compromise the dignity of recipients, Shreya launched GleeBoxx to turn essential aid into elegant gifts. GleeBoxx packs high-quality daily essentials, thoughtful gifts, and custom notes into curated boxes for underserved communities. As a passionate community advocate, Shreya is dedicated to ensuring that small, intentional acts of kindness spark powerful, lasting changes across communities.
Joshua Krivoruk – Susan E. Wagner High Schools, a dedicated High School student and one of the founders and executive directors of a youth-led nonprofit called Autism Without a Voice Inc. I am dedicated to helping others, whether my peers or individuals who cannot help themselves.
Tahamidul Hoque – Francis Lewis High School, he interested in the intersection of computer science and quantitative finance. Witnessing a lack of financial literacy among my peers—where young people transition into adulthood without basic personal finance skills—inspired me to take action. To bridge this, I founded Aria Trader, an interactive platform engineered to make financial education engaging and interactive. By moving the focus from boring, intimidating numbers to hands-on learning, Aria Trader bolsters the next generation to build long-term financial stability early on.

Sheree Cort-Charles
Sheree Cort-Charles – Rochester Institute of Technology on the path for Architecture through their dual program. She is Guyanese-American. She loves crafting projects with her hands and seeing it slowly come together. In the future, she hope to have create a nonprofit program for students in NYC and making a positive social change.
