Background & Purpose

Herbert Archibald Cox was a deeply creative and skilled man. He had a natural ability to draw, design, and build—whether sketching by hand or crafting furniture from scratch. He believed in working with your hands, creating something tangible, and taking pride in your craft.

This scholarship honors his legacy by investing in students who are building, designing, and shaping the world in real, physical ways.
