Mission
To empower young adults and support youth development through mentorship, scholarships, grants, exposure, and experience. We provide opportunities for supporting youth in the arts, media, journalism, entrepreneurship, and related fields.
Programs
The inaugural programs for year one of Parle Endeavors, Inc., include several youth-centered investments.
Scholarships & Grants
First, we will launch our scholarship and grant applications for high school seniors in New York State. The scholarships will be available to young people who are on track to graduate high school in June or August of 2023 and plan on attending a 2 or 4-year college program. Students should be pursuing a degree and a career in media, communications, journalism, business, or a closely related field.
Additionally, we will offer a grant for high school juniors and seniors who don’t necessarily plan on attending college but also want to pursue a career in media, communications, journalism, business, or a closely related field.
We will provide at 4 scholarships valued at $2500.00 each, and 4 grants, also valued at $2500.00 each to recipients in the first cohort.
Anticipated launch: Applications open March 1st, 2023
The submission deadline is Friday May 26th, 2023
Winners Announced June 2023
This will be an annual commitment.

Teen Poetry Slam Series Summer 2023
The Parlé Endeavors Teen Poetry Slam Series is a New York City wide poetry exhibition series, featuring young adults 13 – 19 years old, who will perform spoken word poetry or a cappella rap. The event will be judged by a revolving panel of artists and performing artists who have been involved in spoken word in the past, or present. The top 5 finalists from the Summer series will split $2500 in prize money.
1st place: $1000 prize, 2nd place: $750, 3rd place: $500, 4th place: $150, 5th place: $100
